The Museum of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar is open with the following opening hours:
Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm, Wednesdays from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm.
Pre-booking is always recommended.

Guided Tours
Four guided tours of the Museum, with tasting and visit to the Vinegar Attic, are available every day (except Mondays and Wednesday afternoons) at the following times:
10.45 am, 12 pm, 2 pm and 3.30 pm. The guided tours will take place regardless of the number of people present and will be held in Italian and English. Pre-booking recommended by telephoning during Museum opening hours.
Group Tours
Guided tours of the museum with tasting and a visit to the Vinegar Attic of the Consorteria are available every day during Museum opening hours. It is possible to request an in-depth lesson on Balsamic Vinegar and its production by the masters of the Consorteria. This service foresees a flat fee. We recommend that you contact the museum in advance to book your visit.
School Visits
We organise guided tours of the Museum and Vinegar Attic with various itineraries for school classes on request. For primary school classes, admission is free, while for all other middle school and secondary school classes, the ticket price for the guided tour with tasting is €8.00. It is possible to request an in-depth lesson on Balsamic Vinegar and its production from one of the masters of the Consorteria.

Disabled access
Disabled access ramp located at the main entrance. Toilets located on the ground floor, equipped for visitors with disabilities. Ask the staff.
Information for visitors
- Do not bring food or drink into the museum
- Do not bring animals, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind
- Keep your entrance ticket with you until the end of your visit
- Keep your voice low out of respect for other museum visitors
- Do not touch the works and maintain a distance to prevent the risk of damage
- Watch over children and prevent them from running around the rooms
- Respect the instructions of museum staff both during the visit and when the museum is closed
- Contact the staff on duty if necessary or in case of danger

Information for group tours
Tour operators and private cultural associations organising tours with or without a guide are requested to book in advance, specifying the number of group members and the planned time of the tour and providing the telephone number of the group leader.
